I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Blessed New Years.  It is hard to believe that it is already 2019, it seems like the year just flew by.  I'm looking forward to this new year and what it holds for Hoppin Bobbin and myself.  I hope that all of you are looking forward to it too.  In a world where there is so much negativity and people are offended so easily, I hope that you will bring joy and cheer to everyone you cross paths with.  I hope to do the same.  Remember, you never know what someone may be struggling with on a daily basis.  Always be kind.
Speaking of kindness.  Thanks to all of you for your kindness.  I still am receiving notes and cards, thoughts and prayers and condolences.  Thank you all for everything that you have done to try and help myself, and my family, get through this trying time for all of us.  Your love and kindness has made me feel so blessed and I am so grateful to all of you for helping me. The holidays were hard for all of us in the family this year, but your kind words and actions, have meant more than I will ever be able to express.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Strippin It with Elisabeth Dzambasow Friday, January 18th from 5-9pm Friday Night Strippin.........  Sound interesting?  Then bring your pole......... oops I mean sewing machine and join us for a fun night Strippin It!  Do you like patterns that use Strips or Jelly Rolls?  Then this is the night for you.  This fun night includes a new project, strips, demo sewing, fun, food and a door prize or two!   Strippin It runs from 5-9pm  and the class fee includes Pattern, Instruction and Dinner This months Project is I "Heart" You Kits available

Beginner Quilting with Kelly Davis Starting January 24th from 2-4pm or 6-8pm Whether you are a beginner quilter or someone that needs to get back to the basics, this is the class for you.  Learn the step by step process of cutting, piecing and creating a quilt top.  Nine different basic blocks, sashing, border and binding techniques taught in this class.  You will be well on your way in the world of quilting at the end of this class.  This is a 6 session class.  Each class is 2 hours long.

Sew In Days 
Every Tuesday and Friday from 10-5, Hoppin Bobbin hosts a Sew in Day.  Bring a project and all of your supplies and have a great day sewing with friends.  Bring a covered dish to share.
